JIM MURDOCH

I appreciate the opportunity to introduce myself and extend an opportunity to handle your real estate needs. I look forward to discussing my qualifications and success in the Southwest Florida region in more detail. With a background in sales and entrepreneurship, I am client focused with heightened business acumen which translates well into successful real estate transactions.

Experienced and Specialized

As a relocation specialist, I work with individuals and families relocating from all areas of the United States and abroad. I cater to buyers and sellers and understand clients and each of their special circumstances and needs.

I work with clients searching for homes anywhere from $150,000 to $20 million and have completed over $100 million in transactions since 2012. Additionally, in 2015 I have sold the most expensive home on Marco Island in the last 10 years. I maintain excellent relationships with my colleagues which allows me to unearth properties before they hit the market.

Reliable and Responsive 

I am always available for my clients and each question is answered promptly and accurately. My strong and longstanding relationships with colleagues in the industry combined with my creative approach have earned me numerous performance awards, including: top 2% of all real estate agents in the U.S (as reported by ReMax in May 2016), Chairman Club Member of ReMax for 2015, Platinum Club Member of ReMax for 2014 and TOP 300 agents for RE/MAX WORLDWIDE out of 100,000 agents! Reached Hall of Fame status in 2016 with over one million in commission earned with Remax.

Knowledgeable  

I have first­hand knowledge of the many beautiful beachfront, gated, golf and boating communities that grace the southwest Florida area.

As an avid golfer, I have played virtually every course in southwest Florida and am especially knowledgeable about each golf community’s amenities including course ratings, membership information, and price structures.

Family Oriented 

Born and raised in New York, I moved to Ohio in high school and met my wife Kathy who is also a licensed real estate agent and my business partner­­we have raised three successful daughters­­ two who reside in Florida and one in Chicago, Illinois. In my free time, I love to spend time traveling with family, golfing, volunteering, dining at one of Naples wonderful restaurants or taking a long walk through beautiful downtown Naples with Kathy.

KATHY MURDOCH

MARGARET MURDOCH

Administrative

After graduating from Florida State University with an Economics degree Margaret is pursuing her law degree at Campbell Law School while playing an integral role in keeping our real estate office humming along at a rapid pace. Margaret serves to touch base with clients through phone calls to be sure they are receiving all the property information that they need, sets appointments for us to speak with clients, oversees and prepares everything related to our accounting division and she is well versed in all the interworking’s of our office and can easily jump in where ever her expertise is needed.
CAITLIN MURDOCH Social Media Having graduated from The College of the Holy Cross and then attending St. Louis University Law School, Caitlin has real estate knowledge and understanding of how to communicate with people, particularly over the internet, to increase public awareness of our listings to a targeted audience, and to develop new business in selected areas and expand our social media audience.
